SHIPPING

Shipping for online orders is currently limited to specific pin-codes across India. We process and ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation.

Our endeavor is to ensure products are delivered within 7 business days. Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered business days for processing or deliveries. Currently, we offer Standard Delivery; we will notify you as soon as Express options become available.

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will attempt to reach you twice before the package is returned to our warehouse. To ensure a seamless experience, please provide a complete and accurate address, including your zip/pin code and an active mobile number.

MODES OF PAYMENT

We accept all major Debit & Credit cards (Visa, Master, American Express) and provide Net Banking options across major banks. Customers may also opt for Cash on Delivery (COD), applicable to limited pin codes.

NOTE: No exchange or return is applicable on discounted products. Returns are only considered if the product delivered differs from your order on www.femttoss.com. All cases will be determined on a case-by-case basis due to the intimate nature of our products.
