At Femttoss, we endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our online store is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality and surgical precision standards.


HYGIENE & SAFETY NOTICE: Due to the intimate nature of our products, all period underwear is NON-RETURNABLE once the primary packaging is opened. We cannot facilitate returns for products that appear worn, used, or washed.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

Products are eligible for re-fulfillment only if the item received is different from the order placed on www.femttoss.com. All requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Eligible If:

  • Wrong product shipped (packaging unopened)
  • Wrong color shipped (packaging unopened)
  • Wrong size shipped (packaging unopened)

Not Eligible If:

  • Product has been used or washed
  • Return window of 7 days has lapsed
  • Discounted or "Final Sale" items
  • Single item from a bundle/pack
  • Orders from marketplaces (Amazon, etc.)

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. To start the process, please contact our care team with your Order Number, Delivery Address, and an Image of the wrongly delivered item.

Note on COD: Refunds for Cash On Delivery orders are issued only as Store Credit.
