Quite simply put, Period Underwear is an underwear that you wear when you’re on your period. It’s soft, leak-proof, planet-friendly, and can be used as a period solution by itself without using any other single-use period products like pads or tampons.
You wear Period Underwear exactly like you would any other underwear. Just step into the underwear and pull it up. Already lined with a thick gusset, your Period Underwear is all you need on every day of your cycle. From light to heavy, it can handle every kind of flow.
Your Femttoss Period Underwear is 100% safe. We use natural materials like cotton and modal that are good for you and the planet. Our products are tested for hazardous-free chemicals and banned amines, and therefore will not cause any rashes.
Rinse with cold water after use. You can then hand wash with gentle soap or put it in the washing machine. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, ironing, or tumble drying to ensure the leak-proof technology remains effective for up to 100 washes.
As a starting point, we recommend having at least 4 to 5 pairs of various absorbency levels to take you through an entire cycle. Since they are reusable for up to 100 washes, these 5 pairs can last you for years.
Definitely! Our specialized bonding technique on the sides of the underwear ensures that you don’t leak or stain while you sleep, no matter what position you’re sleeping in.
Typically, it takes 3-7 business days for your products to reach you. You will receive confirmation and tracking details via email, SMS, and WhatsApp as soon as your products have been shipped.

We strive to be planet-friendly. Our products are shipped in a bioplastic that is compostable, as well as a cardboard box that’s reusable and biodegradable.
You can wear a single Femttoss underwear for 8 to 12 hours without any issues, depending on your flow level.
